Lead internal operations and special projects for a ~60-person nonprofit, overseeing the Operations team and DC office, project management practices, internal communications, policy and governance, event and conference planning, board reporting, vendor/contracts coordination, and cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows and organizational capacity.

Administer and optimize Salesforce and related databases, maintain data integrity, build declarative automations, provide user support and training, manage integrations and tickets, coordinate IT projects, update SOPs, and liaise with vendors to improve workflows.
