Leads sprint planning, delivery tracking, knowledge sharing, and technical direction in a remote-first environment.

The HR Generalist partners with assigned departments across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, development, and offboarding. The role administers the HRIS, benefits, reporting, analytics, and compliance processes; coaches leaders; manages employee data; and improves scalable HR workflows. This onsite position also leads full-cycle recruiting and translates workforce metrics into actionable business recommendations.

Coordinates daily office operations, supplies, facilities, vendors, deliveries, visitors, and shared spaces. Supports Talent initiatives including employee onboarding, workplace events, recognition, and engagement activities. Provide technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, DevOps, testing, observability, security, troubleshooting, and KPI ownership while collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
