Provide technical leadership through architecture, code reviews, DevOps, testing, observability, security, troubleshooting, and KPI ownership while collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS customer accounts, serving as the primary contact and driving engagement, training, adoption, retention, and expansion. Monitor customer health and Net Promoter Scores, document activities in Salesforce, provide webinars and check-ins, and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while managing multiple priorities.

Manages satisfaction research center operations, including workforce scheduling, timekeeping, payroll administration, mail processes, vendor coordination, KPI dashboards, systems support, and process improvement. The role forecasts staffing needs, audits workforce data, monitors operational performance, coordinates with IT on call center systems, and drives productivity and cost-efficiency improvements across two call centers.
