Manages satisfaction research center operations, including workforce scheduling, timekeeping, payroll administration, mail processes, vendor coordination, KPI dashboards, systems support, and process improvement. The role forecasts staffing needs, audits workforce data, monitors operational performance, coordinates with IT on call center systems, and drives productivity and cost-efficiency improvements across two call centers.
