Oversee all bodyshop operations, including resource planning, workflow, production coordination, KPI and budget management, customer complaints, health and safety, compliance, recruitment, team performance, training, and employee engagement. The manager will ensure service-level agreements, repair deadlines, quality standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved while supporting other group sites when needed.

Apprentice Vehicle Damage Assessor learns to inspect damaged vehicles and prepare repair cost estimates. The role combines on-the-job training, virtual and college-based learning (20% study time), mentorship, and occasional overnight college stays. Support and progression opportunities provided throughout the apprenticeship.

Repair accident-damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition by stripping and refitting trim, interiors, and panels; repairing dents and minor body damage; and using measuring, jigging, welding, and smart repair equipment. Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards, approved methodologies, and safety requirements. The role requires ATA or NVQ Level 3, relevant vehicle repair experience, strong communication, problem-solving, health and safety awareness, and time management.
