Lead and own Activate Group's IT support and platform engineering, managing multi-site infrastructure, service desk, and platform strategy. Drive cloud-native, IaC, CI/CD and SRE practices, ensure availability, security, and performance, manage third-party suppliers, and act as senior escalation for complex incidents while building and developing the platform team.

Estimate vehicle repair costs, conduct visual inspections, manage daily bodyshop production and KPIs, handle customer complaints and warranty claims, prepare manual and system-based estimates, and ensure health & safety and accurate invoicing.

Visually inspect repaired vehicles against job cards and BS10125 standards, record quality documentation to AAR standards, identify defects and coordinate timely rework, meet daily throughput targets (e.g. 10 vehicles/day), ensure vehicles returned within SLAs, and uphold health & safety.
