Develop and grow B2B sales relationships with customers and distribution partners in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include prospecting, technical sales, quoting, negotiations, forecasting, market and competitive analysis, customer complaint resolution, trade show representation, marketing support, and inventory analysis. The role requires nationwide customer travel up to 25% annually and collaboration with product management, communications, and other departments.

Generates sales quotes, processes customer orders, handles inquiries, supports established accounts, coordinates with vendors and operations, and provides product and delivery information. The role develops customer relationships, identifies sales opportunities, supports strategic sales goals, documents transactions, and maintains accurate ERP records. Candidates need customer service, inside sales, and manufacturing experience, product and material knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to understand basic blueprints and schematics.

Provides high-volume phone and email customer support, resolves complaints and escalations, answers product and quote inquiries, and builds customer relationships. Recommends products, educates customers, and increases sales through cross-selling, upselling, add-on sales, and promotions. Collaborates with sales, purchasing, production, operations, and credit teams while maintaining accurate records, company policies, and professional service standards.
