Full‑stack engineer building donor and fundraising features using React, TypeScript, REST, and Ruby on Rails. Deliver small-to-medium projects, improve performance and maintainability, participate in code reviews and QA, collaborate with product and design, and contribute to architecture and team mentorship.

Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief P&C Officer to drive People & Culture strategy, planning, and operations. Lead program management, prepare executive communications and leadership meetings, design reporting and data analysis, coordinate cross-team initiatives, facilitate offsites, and implement solutions to improve P&C effectiveness.
