As a People & Culture (P&C) Initiatives Partner at ActBlue, you will play a pivotal role working closely with multiple teams and leaders across our business to drive the development and impact of the P&C organization. You will serve as a full strategic partner to the Chief P&C Officer and P&C leadership team. As the Partner, you will provide leadership to the strategy development and planning process, will define and deliver executive communications and will implement new programmatic P&C strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will be relied on to provide thought leadership, drive value-creating insights, and influence the growth and trajectory of the P&C organization. In this role, you'll have exposure to the leadership team and P&C, while also being engaged in the core operating rhythms that touch all employees.
The P&C Initiatives Partner is an integral member of ActBlue’s People & Culture team, will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff, and will report to the Chief P&C Officer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner with the Chief P&C Officer and the P&C Leadership team to accelerate long-term goals, planning and operations
- Collaborate with Chief P&C Officer on P&C and organizational strategy and goal setting
- Operate as proxy for Chief P&C Officer in P&C operations not requiring her direct engagement.
- Drive collaboration across P&C teams to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with Chief P&C Officer to prepare leadership presentations and strategy reviews
- Prepare and organize all aspects of leadership meetings and presentations, including establishing operating rhythms, working with administrative support staff on scheduling, setting agendas, and driving appropriate follow-up.
- Work with P&C Leads on goal and project management and tracking.
- Provide high-level support to the Chief P&C Officer, ensuring P&C teams have the full range of data and information to drive effective decision-making
- Drive agenda for P&C staff meetings and responsible for driving follow up on action items as well as input to leadership offsites.
- Proactively assess P&C org needs, make recommendations, and implement agreed upon solutions
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
- Design and facilitate business team and offsite leadership meetings as needed
- May support supplementary projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion in line with organizational objectives and standards.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6-8+ years of industry experience including equivalent experience as a Chief of Staff or Head of Program Management Office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
- Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical project timelines in a changing environment
- Strategic thinker who has an eye for detail, is organized, and can manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues and tasks to completion.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Builds a strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities and provides positive, best-in-class perspectives to others
- Proven ability to identify key program measurements and structure/manage a program to ensure achievement of established goals
- Phenomenal organizational and influencing skills
- Highly detail oriented / Dogged on follow up
- Ability to keep confidences / Build trusting relationships

WORK & BENEFITS SNAPSHOT
This posting is for a full-time, remote, salaried position. Travel may be required on a limited basis to attend all-staff and departmental retreats (1-2 times per year). Additional travel may be required for select positions.

Work Schedule:
This role requires availability during established, regular business hours (Mon-Fri).
Work Environment:
Employees can expect to work with distributed teams across all U.S. time zones. Our roles require extended technology usage, and proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack. Regular attendance in virtual meetings is inherent to every position.
Salary Range Details:
Salary Range: $113,300 - $142,150 - $171,000
ActBlue is committed to consistent compensation practices across our organization. Final salary offers will take into account factors such as candidate experience, interview performance and current team salary parity.
