Lead cross-functional coordination to translate state strategies into executable plans. Build and maintain tracking systems and dashboards, monitor state portfolio health, identify revenue gaps and growth opportunities, facilitate alignment across sales, product, policy, and operations, and drive accountability and escalation to ensure strategic execution and measurable outcomes.

Lead ACT's state-level policy engagement by building relationships with commissioners and boards, advising on policy and accountability, influencing RFPs and executive summaries, providing strategic intelligence, collaborating with Government Relations, and driving revenue and product adoption across states through policy-driven strategies and measurable outcomes.

Work with K-12 and postsecondary customers to translate assessment data into actionable interventions, develop scalable post-test training/content, deliver webinars and in-person trainings, support RFPs, coach internal staff, and build tools and frameworks to improve educators' data use and student outcomes.

Lead employer and community relationship-building to advance ACT Work Ready Communities certification and expand adoption of WorkKeys products. Manage a portfolio of communities, drive employer recognitions and product revenue, coordinate with chambers, economic developers, and ACT Sales, maintain CRM pipeline and reporting, and connect communities to funding to sustain workforce development efforts.
