Leads end-to-end delivery of strategic product and process initiatives across Operations, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication. Drives Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts by mapping processes, eliminating waste, establishing KPIs, standardizing practices, and coaching teams. Builds business cases, supports organizational change, and develops PMO and continuous improvement frameworks to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Leads quality assurance engineering and test automation across software products and internal systems. Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains scalable automation frameworks, CI/CD infrastructure, performance tests, and data-testing solutions. Oversees Scrum execution, code reviews, issue resolution, tool evaluations, and QA metrics. Defines automation strategy, participates in architecture and Agile ceremonies, mentors engineers, and coordinates cross-functional teams and contractors while improving software quality, reliability, and compliance.

Build and manage employer and community partnerships for ACT’s Work Ready Communities program. Drive employer adoption of WorkKeys products, manage community certification portfolios, expand curriculum licenses and credentials, connect communities with workforce funding, facilitate ecosystem partnerships, maintain CRM pipelines, and report on commercial and program outcomes. The role requires executive-level relationship building, consultative selling, workforce development knowledge, and 30–50% regional travel.
