Coordinates acquisition lifecycle documentation including CARD, PESHE, baseline plans, and SOPs; adjudicates comments, maintains configuration-controlled archives, and routes executive action packages. Requires extensive DoD systems engineering or program-office experience, active Secret clearance, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Lead systems engineering and interoperability support for the THAAD weapon system with Saudi Arabian and Emirati partners. The role provides technical guidance, supports force design, coordinates tactical data link architecture, identifies design deficiencies, collaborates with government and contractor stakeholders, and communicates findings to senior decision-makers. It requires extensive missile defense, THAAD, DoD communications, systems engineering, and technical leadership experience, along with an active Secret clearance.

Provides engineering oversight for missile defense payloads and countermeasure development. Evaluates contractor designs, technical plans, instrumentation layouts, testing methods, and lifecycle milestone deliverables. Advises program leadership, coordinates technical interchange meetings, supports cost estimates and schedules, and responds to external agency inquiries. Requires expertise in complex DoD program execution, target systems, flight-test requirements, material properties, and threat-system impacts.

Leads systems engineering and integration for missile defense space-system data exploitation, including missile tracking, discrimination, cueing, infrared sensor evaluation, C2BMC, PWSA, and operational capabilities. Coordinates technical reviews, assesses system and software maturity, supports acquisition and contractor performance, obtains government-furnished resources, and presents technical briefings to operators, developers, and executives. Requires extensive experience with complex DoD programs, missile defense systems, and systems engineering execution.

Support C3BM and C2BMC systems engineering, technology assessment, integration, trade studies, requirements development, risk analysis, and transition planning. Coordinate with government stakeholders, laboratories, FFRDCs, and contractors. Assist acquisition activities, government-furnished equipment coordination, contractor performance assessment, and technical proposal review for major defense software and weapon system procurements.

Verifies missile flight hardware and propulsion systems against approved aerospace standards and mission-assurance requirements. Audits contractor designs, manufacturing processes, assembly records, and test documentation; participates in technical milestone reviews; evaluates nonconformances, waivers, and root causes; oversees corrective actions; approves qualification and acceptance testing; witnesses critical tests; and leads supplier integration meetings. The role requires active Secret clearance, STEM education, extensive DoD program experience, and expertise in aerospace standards and technical reviews.

Provides systems, interoperability, integration, and technical engineering support for C3BM and C2BMC capabilities. Develops specifications, requirements, interfaces, and technical baselines for current and future system spirals. Supports product evaluations, interface design, network engineering, testing, integration, and operations across government and contractor organizations. Requires extensive systems engineering experience, STEM education, C2BMC interoperability knowledge, and an active Secret clearance.

Support the MDA Chief Engineer in transitioning from document-driven engineering to model-based systems engineering. Develop and maintain system models, use MBSE tools, and coordinate model collaboration across internal and external teams. The role requires systems engineering experience, interface or interoperability expertise, an active Secret clearance, and familiarity with tools such as SysML, Cameo, Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, and ModelCenter.

Performs independent cost analysis and forecasting for Army acquisition programs. Develops and maintains lifecycle cost estimates in ACE-IT, evaluates budget and Earned Value Management data, supports milestone and budget reviews, and provides recommendations to product leadership. Prepares executive briefings, budgetary guidance, cost methodologies, and documentation while coordinating with program offices and higher headquarters.
