Provides engineering and analytical support for Department of Defense test and evaluation activities. Develops test strategies, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, RDT&E approaches, test documentation, schedules, and briefings. Coordinates test resources and events across program offices, agencies, and test centers; analyzes test data and metrics; tracks approvals; and advises senior government and program leadership on technical recommendations, cost, schedule, and test outcomes.

Provides range safety and flight termination engineering support for missile defense target systems. Oversees requirements, verification, development, qualification, integration, testing, and final checkout of flight termination hardware and software. Serves as a range safety expert during flight tests and technical working groups, produces engineering reports, and represents government stakeholder interests in design reviews. Requires expertise in flight termination and ordnance systems, range tracking architectures, RCC standards, and active DoD Secret clearance.

Leads engineering operations for the Missile Defense Agency’s Targets Systems Engineering organization. Manages executive engineering battle rhythms, staff meetings, technical reviews, briefings, taskers, classified workflows, public-release packages, and cross-directorate communications. Coordinates acquisition lifecycle documentation including CARD, PESHE, baseline plans, and SOPs; adjudicates comments, maintains configuration-controlled archives, and routes executive action packages. Requires extensive DoD systems engineering or program-office experience, active Secret clearance, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
