Responsibilities include blending, epoxy application, surface preparation, measurement, technical document interpretation, repair documentation, tool maintenance, staging, cleaning, and basic assembly or disassembly. The role collaborates with engineers and quality personnel, follows safety and regulatory requirements, and participates in training and continuous improvement.

Ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations. Performs component inspections, prepares teardown reports, supports compliant repairs, delivers quality training, maintains FAA and EASA documentation, assists with audits, and develops inspection procedures. The role conducts root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement while collaborating with engineering, operations, supply chain, and repair teams.

Performs casting production operations according to established work instructions, operates shop-floor equipment, inspects part finish quality, documents production counts in an ERP system, completes paperwork, supports Lean and continuous-improvement activities, cross-trains in other production areas, and maintains a clean work area. The role requires prolonged standing and walking, frequent handling and reaching, lifting up to 45 pounds, and use of safety footwear and protective eyewear.

Lead financial operations for a manufacturing facility including financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting, cost and inventory accounting, internal controls, audits, and financial analysis. Supervise and develop the accounting team, collaborate with operations and leadership, and provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Lead and optimize an aerospace manufacturing value stream to ensure safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, manage resources and schedules, develop and coach cross-functional teams, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, engage with customers and senior leadership, and support strategic planning and capital requests to improve KPIs.

Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional projects in aerospace component manufacturing. Identify process improvements, run root cause analyses, deploy Lean/Six Sigma initiatives (5S, TPM, Kaizen), train teams, track KPIs, and report cost savings while managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
