Lead and optimize an aerospace manufacturing value stream to ensure safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets. Drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, manage resources and schedules, develop and coach cross-functional teams, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, engage with customers and senior leadership, and support strategic planning and capital requests to improve KPIs.

Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional projects in aerospace component manufacturing. Identify process improvements, run root cause analyses, deploy Lean/Six Sigma initiatives (5S, TPM, Kaizen), train teams, track KPIs, and report cost savings while managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

Perform sheet-metal production operations on the shop floor following work instructions and established methods. Operate equipment, ensure part finish quality, complete production paperwork and ERP part counts, participate in Lean/CI activities, cross-train, and maintain a clean work area.
