Identify process improvements, run root cause analyses, deploy Lean/Six Sigma initiatives (5S, TPM, Kaizen), train teams, track KPIs, and report cost savings while managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

Lead financial operations for a manufacturing facility including financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting, cost and inventory accounting, internal controls, audits, and financial analysis. Supervise and develop the accounting team, collaborate with operations and leadership, and provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
