Directs the overall operation of a mental health residential program and facility. Oversees service delivery, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, admissions, discharges, clinical reviews, documentation, safety programs, and case management. Manages building upkeep, vendors, rent arrears, reports, employee schedules, and emergency on-call responsibilities. Promotes evidence-based rehabilitation and recovery practices, coordinates community resources, and evaluates service quality.

Provides street, subway, hospital, and community outreach to unhoused or precariously housed participants. Conducts psychosocial and risk assessments, coordinates housing and hospital discharge planning, supports transitions into housing, navigates appointments, advocates for services, develops care plans, monitors progress, and documents participant outcomes.
