Monitors front-desk access, resident and guest entry, mail distribution, building rounds, logbook documentation, emergencies, medication self-administration, and resident behavioral changes. Provides crisis support, assists with meal plans and evacuations, takes messages, maintains a professional environment, and covers shifts at other residential locations as needed.

Provides case coordination, community rehabilitation, housing support, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, assessments, service planning, and referrals for adults with serious mental illness. Conducts home visits, supports independent living, coordinates psychiatric and healthcare services, documents client progress, maintains charts, facilitates safety procedures, and collaborates with treatment teams. The role also oversees apartment maintenance, staffs an emergency phone, and provides coverage and client support as needed.
