Provides administrative and customer service support for a distribution center, coordinating with departments and retail stores to resolve issues. Maintains product spreadsheets, batch records, purchase order data, and order processing workflows. Assists with locating, picking, and transferring merchandise, while following safety and security procedures. Requires warehouse experience, strong computer skills, attention to detail, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to operate powered equipment such as forklifts.

Supports HR operations including performance management workflows, safety programs, training, recruitment and onboarding, HRIS assistance, reporting, documentation, employee communications, benefits and payroll backup, and HR projects. Maintains confidential records, supports compliance, assists employees and managers with HR technology, and collaborates across the HR team. The role is in-office in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Supports marketing campaigns through graphic design for catalogs, advertisements, signage, flyers, and digital displays. Coordinates media buying across print, radio, billboard, and television channels; manages vendor co-op claims and balances; produces store and trade show signage; and may support local social media marketing. Requires strong communication, organization, Adobe Creative Applications experience, and occasional travel to regional store locations.
