Provides consultative sales and product support for industrial, construction, and residential equipment. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing customer relationships, recommending products and services, conducting demonstrations, supporting customers after purchase, and attending store events and trade shows. The role works in-store and in the field, requires operating a company vehicle, and includes customer site visits, equipment guidance, and follow-up service.

Provides in-person and phone-based customer service and sales assistance, recommends tools and equipment, prepares quotes, closes and invoices sales, researches products and inventory, supports product loading and customer follow-up, maintains sales displays, participates in store events, and follows workplace safety standards.

Sell and support industrial, construction, and residential tools by prospecting new accounts, demonstrating products at customer sites, providing post-sale guidance, participating in store events, maintaining company vehicle and technology, and ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
