Ensures outbound orders are accurately picked, packaged, staged, and shipped while identifying quality issues and documenting errors. Responsibilities include warehouse material handling, inventory replenishment, repacking damaged or substandard products, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining organized work areas. The role uses warehouse systems, RF equipment, forklifts, and other material-handling tools while following safety procedures and contributing improvement suggestions to the quality-control program.

Leads the receiving department as a liaison between warehouse leadership and staff. Receives, unloads, inspects, sorts, counts, and stores incoming inventory; verifies shipments against purchase orders; records discrepancies; maintains product locations and receiving documentation; supports employee training; and ensures safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations.

Provides customer support throughout the sales-order lifecycle, including order entry, product sourcing, pricing coordination, delivery updates, issue resolution, account management, and customer communication. Maintains inside sales queues, verifies customer information, supports product selection, and coordinates with sales, branch management, vendors, and warehouse operations. Requires accurate documentation, strong relationship-building, conflict resolution, and proficiency with ERP and office software.
