Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, handle customer inquiries and issue resolution, maintain sales order queues, communicate delivery updates, support account management, and partner with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

Ensures outbound orders are accurately picked, packaged, staged, and shipped while identifying quality issues and documenting errors. Responsibilities include warehouse material handling, inventory replenishment, repacking damaged or substandard products, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining organized work areas. The role uses warehouse systems, RF equipment, forklifts, and other material-handling tools while following safety procedures and contributing improvement suggestions to the quality-control program.

Leads the receiving department as a liaison between warehouse leadership and staff. Receives, unloads, inspects, sorts, counts, and stores incoming inventory; verifies shipments against purchase orders; records discrepancies; maintains product locations and receiving documentation; supports employee training; and ensures safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operations.
