Investigates billing discrepancies, reconciles payments, reviews work orders and job logs against invoices, manages payment disputes, and supports regional managers with collections administration. The role also identifies recurring errors and improves invoicing processes. Construction billing knowledge, financial reconciliation skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP or billing systems are important.
