Trainee works under managers to learn all branch operations (sales, staffing, budgets, safety). Duties include equipment upkeep, supplier liaison, recruiting/training staff, managing costs and customer service, supporting promotions, completing paperwork, rotating to branches, and performing physical tasks like driving and heavy lifting.

Train under managers to learn all branch operations including sales, staffing, budgeting, customer service, safety, equipment upkeep, supplier liaison, advertising, and cost control. Rotate across branches, perform physical branch duties, recruit and develop staff, support corporate reporting, and prepare to assume leadership responsibilities.

Create and issue invoices and credit memos, submit invoices via EDI, process change orders and AIA documents, update customer files and master data, reconcile billing reports, and respond to customer billing inquiries.
