Teams at ACME BARRICADES LC

Supports the Safety Director with workplace safety and loss-control objectives across Florida branches and jobsites. Conducts inspections, monitors hazards, promotes safety culture, supports driver and employee training, manages PPE distribution, assists with fleet management and claims, develops safety materials, and administers safety incentives and bonus deductions. Requires strong communication, organization, presentation, problem-solving, computer, and relationship-building skills, with statewide travel.

Manage daily branch operations including dispatch, scheduling, production output, quality, safety, staffing, and resource allocation. Develop processes, track metrics, address employee issues, ensure on-time delivery and customer communication.

Supports the Safety Director by conducting jobsite and facility inspections, promoting safety culture, assisting with training, fleet and claims management, distributing PPE, producing safety materials, and traveling across Florida to enforce OSH policies and minimize workplace accidents.
