Role includes rotating through branches, performing physical tasks, training staff, ensuring profitability, and completing corporate paperwork while preparing for future leadership positions.

Provide front-desk reception, customer service, and administrative support for manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, payroll hours reporting, purchase order generation, inventory updates, new-hire paperwork, benefits assistance, and supporting employee meetings. Maintain office supplies, answer multi-line phone system, and ensure accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Management Trainee learns all aspects of branch operations under manager supervision, rotating across locations.
