Create and issue invoices and credit memos, submit invoices via EDI, process change orders and AIA documents, update customer files and master data, reconcile billing reports, and respond to customer billing inquiries.

Learn and perform all branch operations to become a future leader: support managers on sales, budgets, staffing, equipment upkeep, supplier relations, advertising, safety, cost control, customer service, recruiting/training, and rotate through branches performing all roles.

Trainee works under managers to learn all branch operations (sales, staffing, budgets, safety). Duties include equipment upkeep, supplier liaison, recruiting/training staff, managing costs and customer service, supporting promotions, completing paperwork, rotating to branches, and performing physical tasks like driving and heavy lifting.
