Manage daily branch operations including dispatch, scheduling, production output, quality, safety, staffing, and resource allocation. Develop processes, track metrics, address employee issues, ensure on-time delivery and customer communication.

Provide front-desk reception, customer service, data entry, dispatch coordination, HR paperwork support, billing and payroll reporting, and general office management for a branch in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as the regional liaison between field branches and corporate billing/collections. Reconcile billing discrepancies, verify invoices against work orders, manage disputes, and support managers by administering collections and reporting. Identify recurring errors and improve invoicing processes to ensure accurate, timely receivables.
