Management Trainees rotate across branches and divisions to learn branch operations, including sales, budgeting, staffing, customer service, equipment upkeep, safety, supplier relations, promotions, and cost management. The role supports recruiting and staff development, process improvement, reporting, and strategic initiatives. It requires frequent driving, physical labor, outdoor work near construction zones, flexible scheduling, and possible relocation.

Manage daily branch operations including dispatch, scheduling, production output, quality, safety, staffing, and resource allocation. Develop processes, track metrics, address employee issues, ensure on-time delivery and customer communication.

Supports the Safety Director by conducting jobsite and facility inspections, promoting safety culture, assisting with training, fleet and claims management, distributing PPE, producing safety materials, and traveling across Florida to enforce OSH policies and minimize workplace accidents.
