Develop GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures; conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and control evaluations; monitor regulatory compliance; investigate breaches; and advise stakeholders. The role requires expertise in ISO 27001, IRDAI guidelines, SOC reports, PCI DSS, and other regulatory frameworks, along with proficiency in GRC tools such as RSA Archer or MetricStream. Provide training and report compliance findings to senior management and regulators.

Own business finance for an ACKO D2C segment, partnering with leadership on P&L or cost ownership, strategic metrics, root-cause analysis, investment cases, ROI analysis, and growth decisions. Build financial frameworks, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and coordinate with FP&A and Controllership on reporting, allocations, and reconciliations.

Lead DevOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure (IaC, config management), CI/CD, release management, observability, DBs, cost optimization and infrastructure security. Hands-on role participating in design/planning, driving availability, scalability, best practices, mentoring juniors, evaluating tools, and delivering long-term solutions.
