Partners with finance, actuarial, analytics, engineering, and executive stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Own and optimize customer lifecycle and CRM journeys across WhatsApp, push, email, SMS, in-app, and call-center channels. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, automated journey setup, campaign QA and deployment, A/B testing, funnel and campaign analytics, personalization, retention and reactivation initiatives, and cross-functional execution with Growth, Product, Data, Content, Design, and Technology teams.

Conduct credit analysis of corporates, PSUs, NBFCs, and banks by reviewing financial statements, cash flows, business risks, and industry conditions. Prepare credit appraisal and investment recommendation reports, monitor debt portfolios for rating changes, covenant breaches, sector stress, and early warning signals, and evaluate macroeconomic, company-specific, and RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI regulatory developments affecting portfolio holdings.
