Teams at ACI Building Systems, LLC

Supervise day-to-day HR operations at a metal building manufacturing plant, including full-cycle recruiting, payroll, timekeeping, leave and accommodation compliance, employee relations, investigations, and personnel records. Partner with Safety on OSHA recordkeeping, workers’ compensation, return-to-work programs, and training. Advise supervisors, support engagement and retention, administer HR systems, and lead the on-site HR team in an active production environment.
