Coordinate logistics for fundraising, community engagement, and special events; support donor stewardship, in-kind donations, volunteer oversight, mailings and digital communications; assist acquisition/renewal of donors and provide administrative support for Development/Marketing goals. Requires occasional evening/weekend event attendance and handling confidential donor records.

Provide strengths-and-needs assessments, coordinate service navigation, connect youth and families to state and federal resources, deliver case management and crisis response, maintain timely documentation, collaborate with co-located agencies, and provide on-call support. Bilingual skills and trauma-informed care are emphasized.

Provide intensive, home-based therapeutic and case-management services to 4-6 families, delivering frequent face-to-face sessions, safety and risk assessments, service planning, crisis intervention, and advocacy. Maintain timely documentation, coordinate with community partners, attend meetings and court as needed, provide on-call support (including possible in-person response), transport clients when required, and follow HIPAA and agency policies to support family reunification and stability.

Manage and coordinate organization-wide and program-specific projects, improve processes, develop Power BI dashboards and reports, track KPIs, support regulatory and licensing activities, and serve as backup for 24/7 residential intake including on-call emergency referral review and placement coordination.
