Teams at ACH Child and Family Services

Provides intensive case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, therapeutic support, assessments, service planning, and behavioral stabilization for kinship caregivers and children. Conducts home visits, facilitates caregiver groups and training, coordinates community resources, develops safety plans, and collaborates with schools, courts, DFPS, therapists, CASA, and other providers. Participates in rotating after-hours on-call support.

Processes biweekly payroll, verifies timesheets, submits payroll data through Paylocity, and reconciles payroll expenses, taxes, benefits, and 401(k) contributions. Imports payroll information into accounting systems, posts and reconciles general ledger accounts, reviews tax reports, handles reimbursements, provides 401(k) reports, and responds professionally to employee payroll questions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Provides strengths-based case management and resource navigation for kinship families, including assessments, referrals, personalized navigation plans, home and community visits, service coordination, crisis support, outreach, presentations, and documentation. The role supports caregivers and children, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, tracks services in a database, and maintains confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
