Processes, validates, enters, quality-checks, and securely stores client documents and program data. Ensures records meet organizational standards, maintains accurate and timely reporting, communicates issues to supervisors, supports special projects, and collaborates with departments to meet data quality and contract outcome requirements. The role also requires confidentiality, adherence to policies, participation in training, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
