Build and lead Aceve’s group privacy framework across European and UK entities. Responsibilities include developing RoPA, DPIA and DPA methodologies; ensuring GDPR and EU AI Act compliance; managing breach response, vendor assessments, data flows, training, and privacy risk tracking; and advising Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, leadership, and AI teams.

Manage customer relationships for a SaaS construction project management and financial control platform. Monitor customer health, usage, engagement, and risks; drive adoption, retention, renewals, and satisfaction; conduct scalable customer touchpoints; advocate for customer needs internally; and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Support. The role also contributes to building scalable Customer Success processes and best practices.

Own end-to-end payroll operations across Aceve’s European countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. Manage payroll changes, validations, audits, employee records, vendor relationships, compensation-cycle support, process documentation, and payroll improvements. Support payroll setup for new countries and entities while identifying compliance risks and strengthening operational scalability.

Owns Finnish customer implementations and onboarding from sales handover through go-live and early adoption. The role coordinates stakeholders, guides configuration and training, monitors customer health and usage, manages implementation risks, and drives value realization. It will gradually expand into ongoing customer success, relationship management, retention, renewals, and account growth. The role also helps build scalable customer success processes, documentation, and best practices for Finland.

Provides second- and third-line technical support to customers and first-line support colleagues. Diagnoses software, hardware, and network issues through multiple channels, documents incidents, escalates complex problems to engineering, and reports recurring issues and product feedback. Requires technical support or IT experience, systematic problem-solving, strong Swedish and English communication, customer empathy, organization, curiosity, and familiarity with IT systems or finance software.

Provides first- and second-line IT support across devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, identity, endpoints, and workplace infrastructure. Administers Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and access controls; manages onboarding, offboarding, incidents, and service requests. Improves standardization, documentation, self-service, automation, security, and root-cause resolution across multiple locations and business units.

Build and deploy internal AI agents, automations, and LLM integrations across Aceve’s portfolio companies. Partner with business teams to identify opportunities, scope solutions, support adoption, iterate based on feedback, create reusable engineering components, evaluate AI tools, document solutions, and provide technical guidance through workshops and enablement.

Leads development operations across multiple product squads, coaching Development Leads and growing engineering teams. Owns hiring, delivery commitments, budgets, architecture across squads, engineering standards, and technical outcomes. Drives practical AI adoption, improves development practices using DORA and SPACE metrics, and ensures teams maintain reliable production services. Participates in engineering-wide strategy, organizational planning, security, data protection, legacy-system modernization, and cloud-cost management.

Serve as the commercial and product expert in customer meetings, translating software capabilities into business value. Support account managers with Salesforce, order-management, product, and process expertise; run selected meetings independently; assist with customer onboarding; and provide sales reporting using Snowflake and Salesforce. Collaborate with sales, customer support, and international teams while serving as the local CRM and systems point of contact.

Partner with leaders on performance, organisational capability, change, employee relations, leadership development, culture, and team effectiveness. Own and improve the employee lifecycle, use people data for business decisions, support AI adoption and capability building, and ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation. Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop scalable people practices across Europe.

Prospect target companies and contacts, book qualified meetings, collaborate closely with account executives, maintain high outbound activity and quality, iterate and improve pitches, and help build team culture and processes.

Lead Aceve's visual identity end-to-end: set creative direction, produce motion and static content, and build AI-first production workflows, templates, and asset libraries to scale consistent creative across multiple markets. Direct contributors and ensure all marketing output meets the brand's creative standards.

Serve as first point of contact for ACEVE customers via phone and email, troubleshoot platform issues, own cases end-to-end, share recurring issue insights, stay current on product changes, and collaborate with teammates to maintain high-quality, consistent customer support.

Design, build, and operate B2B marketing automation and AI-driven customer journeys in Salesforce Account Engagement. Own Swedish market automations as a global blueprint, integrate Salesforce<>AE data flows, configure connectors, manage lists and scoring, deploy AI agents and enrichment tools, run email and nurture programs, and measure attribution tied to pipeline.
