Own product presentation and findability on KlarPris: configure search relevance, filters, ranking, and merchandising in Algolia; onboard and structure suppliers' product data; maintain catalog taxonomy; track traffic, conversions and category performance; fix data issues with suppliers and internal teams; remain hands-on building and configuring search and merchandising solutions.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Aceve's SaaS platform: run needs analysis and workshops, configure systems, train users, manage scope/timelines/budget, act as trusted advisor during change, collaborate with product/sales/support, track billable hours, and scale standardized implementation frameworks across customers.

Serve as first point of contact for ACEVE customers via phone and email, troubleshoot platform issues, own cases end-to-end, share recurring issue insights, stay current on product changes, and collaborate with teammates to maintain high-quality, consistent customer support.

Lead the Record-to-Report team in Shared Services to ensure timely, compliant multi-entity financial reporting (IFRS/local GAAP), drive month-end standardization, support M&A integrations, automate processes, partner with Group Finance/FP&A, and manage audits, KPIs, and people development.

Own and grow Aceve's commercial relationships with wholesalers, suppliers, and manufacturers in Norway's plumbing and electrical trade. Prospect and close new business, maintain and expand existing accounts, leverage an existing market network to open doors, negotiate deals, and manage the full sales cycle as the day-to-day commercial contact.

Design, build, and operate B2B marketing automation and AI-driven customer journeys in Salesforce Account Engagement. Own Swedish market automations as a global blueprint, integrate Salesforce<>AE data flows, configure connectors, manage lists and scoring, deploy AI agents and enrichment tools, run email and nurture programs, and measure attribution tied to pipeline.

Own and manage a sales pipeline to convert opportunities into customers via consultative selling. Run demos, negotiate and close deals, collaborate with SDR, marketing and customer success, maintain CRM accuracy, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Lead strategy and delivery for Aceve's core business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, PSA, billing, support). Drive process design across Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report, lead M&A integrations, champion data governance and automation, manage vendors and implementations, and enable user adoption through training and documentation to support scalable operations.
