Serve as the commercial and product expert in customer meetings, translating software capabilities into business value. Support account managers with Salesforce, order-management, product, and process expertise; run selected meetings independently; assist with customer onboarding; and provide sales reporting using Snowflake and Salesforce. Collaborate with sales, customer support, and international teams while serving as the local CRM and systems point of contact.

Partner with leaders on performance, organisational capability, change, employee relations, leadership development, culture, and team effectiveness. Own and improve the employee lifecycle, use people data for business decisions, support AI adoption and capability building, and ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation. Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop scalable people practices across Europe.

Prospect target companies and contacts, book qualified meetings, collaborate closely with account executives, maintain high outbound activity and quality, iterate and improve pitches, and help build team culture and processes.
