Supports the Principal in leading instructional strategy, academic performance, school culture, staff development, personnel management, compliance, enrollment, safety, and daily school operations. The Assistant Principal monitors student and teacher performance, oversees instructional coaching and interventions, coordinates events and records, supports hiring and evaluations, manages school policies and emergency preparedness, and handles purchasing, deposits, and reimbursements.

Teach entrepreneurship and innovation through rigorous, hands-on, project-based career and technical education. Develop students’ technical, workplace-readiness, and soft skills; support competitions, career exploration, postsecondary planning, and individualized learning. Collaborate with academic teachers and instructional leaders, maintain strong relationships with students and families, manage classroom behavior, assess progress, and maintain required Illinois industry certifications.
