The apprentice collaborates with colleagues, communicates with families and administration, follows school policies, and contributes to a positive, culturally sensitive learning environment.

Supports the Principal in leading instructional strategy, academic performance, school culture, staff development, personnel management, compliance, enrollment, safety, and daily school operations. The Assistant Principal monitors student and teacher performance, oversees instructional coaching and interventions, coordinates events and records, supports hiring and evaluations, manages school policies and emergency preparedness, and handles purchasing, deposits, and reimbursements.
