Support Family Success Center operations by assisting with event preparation and facilitation, participant engagement, administrative tasks (copying, printing, documentation), social media support, and maintaining program records. Provide general office assistance and help staff deliver community services. Unpaid internship for current bachelor-level students; may be used for academic credit.

Facilitate and supervise parent-child visits to promote safe, positive interactions. Transport children to/from visits, prepare families, coach during visits, debrief afterward, document activities, communicate with stakeholders, intervene for safety, and follow agency policies while modeling appropriate behavior and crisis intervention.

Manage and supervise therapists, counselors, and a program supervisor implementing the Functional Family Therapy model. Provide in-home FFT services to a small caseload, oversee staff supervision, productivity, reporting, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Coordinate with FFT LLC consultant, participate in meetings/trainings, maintain on-call responsibilities, and build community partnerships to advance program quality and outcomes.

Support community outreach, marketing, and event coordination for the Family Success Center. Engage community members at events, build partner relationships, create promotional materials, and provide administrative support to connect families with resources.

Serve as finance liaison to program operations, leading budgeting, forecasting, variance and grant compliance reporting. Provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to improve fiscal efficiency while supporting long-term financial planning and timely external reporting for assigned program portfolios.

Provide intensive, community-based vocational support and job coaching to adults with serious mental illness as part of a multidisciplinary PACT team. Deliver hands-on vocational training, assist with job placement and employer engagement, accompany clients to appointments and community activities, and complete timely documentation to support client recovery and community integration.

Support daily program operations by performing administrative tasks, data entry, participant record maintenance, phone support, event planning/setup, community outreach, and workshop assistance under the Program Director's supervision.

Provide individualized dual-disorder treatment (individual and group) for consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Conduct symptom assessment, crisis intervention, medication support collaboration, wellness and relapse prevention planning, and documentation. Participate in daily team meetings, on-call crisis coverage, use evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, psychoeducation), complete PACT training, and meet program contractual and regulatory requirements.

Oversee daily operations of a Family Success Center, ensure program fidelity to prevention and family-support standards, build community partnerships, supervise staff, manage reporting and documentation, and model agency mission and values.

Support school-based youth services by assisting with student groups, workshops, and daily program operations. Help with student outreach, scheduling, documentation, data collection, and participate in team meetings and professional development to promote students' social, emotional, and academic success.

Supervise and support direct care staff delivering culturally competent mobile crisis and stabilization services for children and families. Manage documentation, training, program implementation, administrative tasks, and team communication while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Provide on-site, school-based support including data entry into agency and state systems, mentoring students, and assisting with evidence-based practice groups. Work 15–20 hours weekly in Cape May County; $500 stipend per semester.

Provide case management and supportive services to families with housing instability, including in-home therapeutic sessions, life-skills coaching, referrals to community resources, maintaining a caseload of 10–12 families, documentation, and collaboration with care teams and external providers using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.

Provide outreach-intensive case management for adults with serious mental illness experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Conduct assessments in correctional settings, support discharge and community integration, link clients to resources, transport as needed, maintain documentation, attend hearings, and participate in program meetings and trainings. Flexible schedule with on-call crisis support.

Provide office management and administrative support for the ASURI team: manage consumer records and EHR/CYBER documentation, triage calls, support referrals and insurance authorizations, track and scan documentation, prepare reports, attend meetings, support leadership, follow policies and budget, and perform other assigned duties.

Provide case management, outreach, crisis stabilization, counseling, and support to youth (0-21) in or seeking supportive housing. Coordinate community, vocational, and educational services, assist with medication monitoring, public benefits, and recovery planning, and perform on-call crisis response as part of MRSS.

Lead and oversee a youth partial care behavioral health program, supervise staff, implement evidence-based treatments (individual, group, family therapy), coordinate psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring, manage program operations (budgeting, hiring, reporting, CQI), and support staff development and quality improvement.

Provide peer-based support and short-term crisis intervention for individuals with mental health and substance use needs. Conduct intake/enrollment, individual peer sessions, outreach, advocacy, case management, documentation, de-escalation, and linkage to community resources while working collaboratively with clinical teams and maintaining program compliance.

Provide face-to-face case management for individuals under Involuntary Outpatient Commitment, coordinate discharge and court documentation, collaborate with psychiatrists and community providers, conduct weekly client sessions, complete timely documentation, and participate in program meetings to support treatment adherence and stabilization.

Supervise and support Healthy Families staff by providing weekly professional supervision, team leadership, crisis management, case management, and quality assurance. Oversee staff selection, orientation, training, record reviews, data collection, and program development. Act as liaison with community agencies, funders, and technical assistance providers while promoting evidence-based, strength-based, family-centered practices and staff professional development.
