Manage full-cycle recruitment for behavioral health programs: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, handle offers and onboarding, maintain ATS/HRIS data and recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with employment laws, deliver hiring training, and support HR initiatives and internship recruitment.

Provide case management and supportive services to families with housing instability. Maintain a caseload of 10-12 families, conduct in-home therapeutic sessions, link clients to community and medical resources, co-facilitate groups, document care plans, and collaborate with DCP&P and community providers to promote family stability and self-sufficiency.

Provides office management and administrative support for the Adolescent Substance Use Recovery Initiative, including managing consumer records/EHR, handling referrals and authorizations, coordinating communications, maintaining documentation and insurance requirements, supporting leadership and meetings, and ensuring policy compliance and accurate reporting.

Manage onboarding and HR operations including maintaining compliance and personnel files, monthly audits and KPIs, I-9 verification, HRIS data entry (preferably Workday), employment verifications, license tracking, respond to HR inquiries, and support recruiting, benefits, absence, and team initiatives for a behavioral health organization.

Provide peer-based crisis support using lived experience to engage, de-escalate, educate, and connect individuals and families to resources. Complete referrals and linkages, document communications, follow program policies, and, if qualified, perform crisis intervention, assessment, outreach, and hotline coverage under supervision.

Support Family Success Center operations by assisting with event preparation and facilitation, participant engagement, administrative tasks (copying, printing, documentation), social media support, and maintaining program records. Provide general office assistance and help staff deliver community services. Unpaid internship for current bachelor-level students; may be used for academic credit.

Support daily program operations by performing administrative tasks, data entry, participant record maintenance, phone support, event planning/setup, community outreach, and workshop assistance under the Program Director's supervision.

Provide individualized dual-disorder treatment (individual and group) for consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Conduct symptom assessment, crisis intervention, medication support collaboration, wellness and relapse prevention planning, and documentation. Participate in daily team meetings, on-call crisis coverage, use evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, psychoeducation), complete PACT training, and meet program contractual and regulatory requirements.

Provide intensive, community-based vocational support and job coaching to adults with serious mental illness as part of a multidisciplinary PACT team. Deliver hands-on vocational training, assist with job placement and employer engagement, accompany clients to appointments and community activities, and complete timely documentation to support client recovery and community integration.

Facilitate and supervise parent-child visits to promote safe, positive interactions. Transport children to/from visits, prepare families, coach during visits, debrief afterward, document activities, communicate with stakeholders, intervene for safety, and follow agency policies while modeling appropriate behavior and crisis intervention.

Serve as finance liaison to program operations, leading budgeting, forecasting, variance and grant compliance reporting. Provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to improve fiscal efficiency while supporting long-term financial planning and timely external reporting for assigned program portfolios.

Manage and supervise therapists, counselors, and a program supervisor implementing the Functional Family Therapy model. Provide in-home FFT services to a small caseload, oversee staff supervision, productivity, reporting, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Coordinate with FFT LLC consultant, participate in meetings/trainings, maintain on-call responsibilities, and build community partnerships to advance program quality and outcomes.

Support community outreach, marketing, and event coordination for the Family Success Center. Engage community members at events, build partner relationships, create promotional materials, and provide administrative support to connect families with resources.

Provide Medicaid billing and documentation support: ensure Medicaid enrollment, review charts for billing readiness, manage monthly data collection/tracking/reporting, coordinate EHR and data systems with DCF, collaborate with finance/RCM to resolve discrepancies, assist with audits, handle referrals and communications, and maintain compliance and accurate records.

Support daily program operations through administrative tasks, data entry, participant record maintenance, event support, community outreach, and general office assistance to ensure efficient service delivery.

Provide face-to-face case management for individuals under Involuntary Outpatient Commitment, coordinate discharge and court documentation, collaborate with psychiatrists and community providers, conduct weekly client sessions, complete timely documentation, and participate in program meetings to support treatment adherence and stabilization.

Provide case management and supportive services to families with housing instability, including in-home therapeutic sessions, life-skills coaching, referrals to community resources, maintaining a caseload of 10–12 families, documentation, and collaboration with care teams and external providers using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.

Provide case management, outreach, crisis stabilization, counseling, and support to youth (0-21) in or seeking supportive housing. Coordinate community, vocational, and educational services, assist with medication monitoring, public benefits, and recovery planning, and perform on-call crisis response as part of MRSS.

Supervise and support direct care staff delivering culturally competent mobile crisis and stabilization services for children and families. Manage documentation, training, program implementation, administrative tasks, and team communication while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Provide community-based case management for court-involved adults with serious mental illness: coordinate care with courts, psychiatrists, hospitals and families; conduct weekly face-to-face sessions, document court-required progress, support medication and safety planning, and facilitate linkages to services to prevent rehospitalization.
