Facilitates and supervises family visits involving children, parents, relatives, and resource parents. Transports children, prepares families for visits, coaches parent-child interactions, supports conflict and crisis resolution, communicates with stakeholders, ensures safety, and completes required documentation. The role promotes healthy family relationships, effective parenting, and reunification while following agency policies and professional ethics.

Coordinates community outreach activities for school meal access programs. Responsibilities include scheduling and facilitating listening sessions, coordinating events, screening participants, providing referrals and navigation assistance, creating culturally responsive multilingual materials, tracking engagement metrics, preparing reports, and recommending outreach improvements based on community feedback and program goals.

Provide case management and supportive services to families with housing instability, including in-home therapeutic sessions, life-skills coaching, referrals to community resources, maintaining a caseload of 10–12 families, documentation, and collaboration with care teams and external providers using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices.

Provide face-to-face case management for individuals under Involuntary Outpatient Commitment, coordinate discharge and court documentation, collaborate with psychiatrists and community providers, conduct weekly client sessions, complete timely documentation, and participate in program meetings to support treatment adherence and stabilization.

Provide case management, outreach, crisis stabilization, counseling, and support to youth (0-21) in or seeking supportive housing. Coordinate community, vocational, and educational services, assist with medication monitoring, public benefits, and recovery planning, and perform on-call crisis response as part of MRSS.

Supervise and support direct care staff delivering culturally competent mobile crisis and stabilization services for children and families. Manage documentation, training, program implementation, administrative tasks, and team communication while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Provide community-based case management for court-involved adults with serious mental illness: coordinate care with courts, psychiatrists, hospitals and families; conduct weekly face-to-face sessions, document court-required progress, support medication and safety planning, and facilitate linkages to services to prevent rehospitalization.

Coordinate and manage individualized care plans for clients, collaborate with providers and families, monitor progress, advocate for client needs, maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide case management for programs supporting homelessness, substance use, or youth based on program assignment.

Support school-based youth services by assisting with student groups, workshops, and daily program operations. Help with student outreach, scheduling, documentation, data collection, and participate in team meetings and professional development to promote students' social, emotional, and academic success.

Provide peer-based support and short-term crisis intervention for individuals with mental health and substance use needs. Conduct intake/enrollment, individual peer sessions, outreach, advocacy, case management, documentation, de-escalation, and linkage to community resources while working collaboratively with clinical teams and maintaining program compliance.

Support Intensive Outpatient Treatment Support Services by co-facilitating group therapy, delivering psychoeducation, documenting client interactions, shadowing supervisors, engaging in supervision, and developing clinical assessment and intervention skills.

Supports case managers by coordinating services, connecting clients with community resources, conducting intake and referral outreach, advocating for clients, assisting with service planning, and engaging individuals in achieving case management goals. The intern works collaboratively with agency staff, communicates with referral sources, follows program and regulatory requirements, and learns evidence-based practices while serving adults in Gloucester and Cape May Counties.

Supports Intensive Family Support Services by observing client interactions, assisting with engagement, attending family support meetings, coordinating with providers, delivering culturally competent care, and assessing client needs. The intern collaborates with internal and external system partners to help families of individuals with mental illness access responsive support and services.

Provides office management and administrative support for the Adolescent Substance Use Recovery Initiative, including managing consumer records/EHR, handling referrals and authorizations, coordinating communications, maintaining documentation and insurance requirements, supporting leadership and meetings, and ensuring policy compliance and accurate reporting.

Provide case management and supportive services to families with housing instability. Maintain a caseload of 10-12 families, conduct in-home therapeutic sessions, link clients to community and medical resources, co-facilitate groups, document care plans, and collaborate with DCP&P and community providers to promote family stability and self-sufficiency.

Manage onboarding and HR operations including maintaining compliance and personnel files, monthly audits and KPIs, I-9 verification, HRIS data entry (preferably Workday), employment verifications, license tracking, respond to HR inquiries, and support recruiting, benefits, absence, and team initiatives for a behavioral health organization.

Support Family Success Center operations by assisting with event preparation and facilitation, participant engagement, administrative tasks (copying, printing, documentation), social media support, and maintaining program records. Provide general office assistance and help staff deliver community services. Unpaid internship for current bachelor-level students; may be used for academic credit.

Lead and manage the Supportive Visitation Services program: supervise and develop clinical staff, ensure compliance and accurate documentation/billing, oversee caseloads and scheduling, collaborate with community and system partners, use PQI data to improve outcomes, and manage budgets, training, and program operations.

Support daily program operations by performing administrative tasks, data entry, participant record maintenance, phone support, event planning/setup, community outreach, and workshop assistance under the Program Director's supervision.

Provide individualized dual-disorder treatment (individual and group) for consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Conduct symptom assessment, crisis intervention, medication support collaboration, wellness and relapse prevention planning, and documentation. Participate in daily team meetings, on-call crisis coverage, use evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, psychoeducation), complete PACT training, and meet program contractual and regulatory requirements.
