Facilitate and supervise parent-child visits to promote safe, positive interactions. Transport children to/from visits, prepare families, coach during visits, debrief afterward, document activities, communicate with stakeholders, intervene for safety, and follow agency policies while modeling appropriate behavior and crisis intervention.

Manage and supervise therapists, counselors, and a program supervisor implementing the Functional Family Therapy model. Provide in-home FFT services to a small caseload, oversee staff supervision, productivity, reporting, and adherence to evidence-based practices. Coordinate with FFT LLC consultant, participate in meetings/trainings, maintain on-call responsibilities, and build community partnerships to advance program quality and outcomes.

Support community outreach, marketing, and event coordination for the Family Success Center. Engage community members at events, build partner relationships, create promotional materials, and provide administrative support to connect families with resources.
