Provides operational, coordination, and administrative support for Aceli’s Rwanda agricultural finance programs. Responsibilities include managing lender and SME relationships, coordinating technical assistance, events, training, policy engagements, and stakeholder meetings; maintaining Salesforce and Power BI data; compiling donor reports; supporting impact assessments; tracking regulatory developments; and ensuring follow-up on program actions. The role requires collaboration with banks, SMEs, donors, policymakers, and development partners across Rwanda and East Africa.

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain features on Aceli’s Salesforce platform, focusing on system design, code quality, and integration with external systems while supporting internal teams with technical documentation and troubleshooting.
