Provides operational, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support for Aceli’s Rwanda programs. Responsibilities include managing lender and SME relationships, coordinating technical assistance, events, workshops, policy engagements, and partner onboarding; maintaining Salesforce and Power BI data; compiling donor reports; tracking regulatory developments; preparing briefing materials; and following up on program actions. The role supports agricultural finance, financial inclusion, SME development, and policy reform initiatives across Rwanda.

The Manager, Global Engagement will lead Aceli Africa’s global communications, thought leadership, messaging, brand, fundraising narratives, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include writing and editing executive content, managing the thought leadership calendar, advising senior leaders, maintaining messaging frameworks, overseeing creative partners, supporting donor communications, updating the website, managing newsletters and LinkedIn content, and analyzing audience engagement. The role collaborates with regional communications and fundraising teams across a remote, multi-country organization.
