Produces narration and audio learning content using AI voice tools and human talent. Owns audio workflows from script preparation through editing, mastering, QA, deployment, and versioning. Builds automation for media processing and LMS deployment, maintains voice models and pronunciation standards, manages audio libraries, directs voice artists, tracks content-driven revisions, and forecasts production capacity. Partners with content, design, motion, and automation teams to keep accurate, high-quality narration synchronized with regulated course content.

Build and own end-to-end data products, including pipelines, transformations, semantic models, dashboards, metrics, and AI-enabled workflows. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to turn ambiguous questions into trusted, maintainable solutions. Establish data quality testing, documentation, monitoring, and governance while improving architecture and automation. Use Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, and related technologies to support analytics across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering.

Provides empathetic support to students through calls, chats, texts, and emails. Handles Tier II tickets and escalations, resolves issues, uses AI-powered tools, documents feedback and product bugs, and shares insights with stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, de-escalation, time management, product learning, and availability for evening or weekend shifts. It is primarily remote and customer-facing, with interactions occupying over 80% of the workday.

Write, update, and maintain original licensing course content using AI-assisted workflows and proprietary course tools. Collaborate with designers, follow style guides and state playbooks, support web content, and participate in editorial review cycles while optimizing content for scalability and reuse.

Edit, review, and maintain consistent, accurate course content across insurance, mortgage, real estate, and drivers ed using AI-assisted workflows and a linked content system. Provide clear editorial feedback, apply style guides, write content as needed, collaborate with designers, improve QA processes, and help onboard content managers to scale high-quality educational materials.
