Leads training, onboarding, workflow development, audits, process improvement, and performance accountability for commercial staff. Reviews billing accuracy, inventory procedures, COD and credit compliance, subcontractor documentation, work orders, and commission discrepancies while supporting continuity across branches.

Support dispatch and operations by scheduling drivers, crews, and equipment; prepare and scan work orders; communicate shipment details with crews and revenue processing; maintain uniform inventory; assist with military surveys and ad hoc projects.

Coordinate scheduling and surveying for household goods moves, manage customer and vendor communications, record interactions in MoverSuite, resolve escalations, produce ad-hoc reports, and provide coverage as assigned to ensure seamless relocation services.
