Support dispatch and operations by scheduling drivers, crews, and equipment; prepare and scan work orders; communicate shipment details with crews and revenue processing; maintain uniform inventory; assist with military surveys and ad hoc projects.

Oversee daily transportation and material-moving operations, supervise drivers and helpers, plan routes and dispatch vehicles, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, ensure vehicle maintenance and inspections, maintain records and reports, coordinate with customers and contractors, and recommend process and performance improvements.

Manage accounts receivable collection activities: contact customers about overdue payments, resolve billing disputes, arrange repayment plans, post cash receipts, audit AR records, maintain account notes, and use Great Plains and MoverSuite for reporting and account tracking.
