Processes revenue and billing for branch companies, including calculating costs, preparing invoices, auditing vendor invoices, maintaining billing timelines, and resolving billing system errors. Manages permanent storage shipments, payments, accounts receivable issues, collections escalations, audits, rejected invoices, and client inquiries. Maintains accurate data across MoveStar and related systems, stays current on tariffs, and supports training and other operational functions.
