Manages all daily terminal functions, including sales support, financial performance, capacity, equipment, warehouse operations, scheduling, compliance, maintenance, staffing, customer escalations, claims, billing, and profitability. Leads employees, coordinates with corporate and branch teams, approves expenses, supports recruiting and training, and ensures safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Provides administrative support for customer experience coordinators by entering data, registering moves, arranging third-party and debris pickups, updating estimates, obtaining service costs, retrieving files, handling calls, and assisting with team projects. Requires office software proficiency, customer service support, organization, and the ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing or walking.

Supervises commercial administrative operations across assigned branches, coordinating sales, warehouse, billing, credit, vendor, and documentation processes. Ensures compliance with company standards, contract requirements, and operational procedures. Leads training, onboarding, workflow development, audits, process improvement, and performance accountability for commercial staff. Reviews billing accuracy, inventory procedures, COD and credit compliance, subcontractor documentation, work orders, and commission discrepancies while supporting continuity across branches.
