Coordinates production planning for assigned product groups, including ERP recordkeeping, material requirements, job releases, routings, scheduling, production reporting, inventory accuracy, outside-process shipments, engineering changes, cost control, and audit support. The role works closely with purchasing, production, quality, supervisors, and other teams to meet cost, quality, inventory, and on-time delivery objectives in a manufacturing environment.

Develop and support custom software applications, web solutions, Epicor ERP customizations, integrations, and Microsoft Power Platform tools for manufacturing operations. Build Power BI dashboards and data models, gather requirements, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, document systems, support users, and recommend process improvements through automation. The role collaborates with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors while supporting quality and safety procedures.

Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense programs. Partner cross-functionally to design routings, create work instructions, validate processes using statistical analysis and Lean/Six Sigma, support production quality, manage improvement projects, and document process changes.

Define and maintain in-process and final product quality standards, create inspection and sampling plans, lead nonconformance disposition and corrective actions, support audits (NADCAP/FAA/customer), manage APQP/PPAP, validate measurement systems, and support advanced metrology including CMM and complex gaging.
