Develop and support custom business applications, Epicor ERP enhancements, integrations, Power Platform solutions, Power BI dashboards, reports, and automation tools for manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, technical documentation, user support, vendor coordination, and business process improvement. Develops and maintains quality standards for precision manufacturing processes, materials, and products. Creates inspection and testing plans, leads nonconformance disposition, root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, customer deviations, APQP and PPAP activities. Trains employees on quality systems, manages calibration and measurement system effectiveness, and supports advanced metrology including CMM and complex gaging. Collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, customers, and management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for improving manufacturing processes, quality, efficiency, cost, and delivery. The role develops and validates processes, applies Lean and Six Sigma methods, analyzes statistical performance data, creates routings and work instructions, supports nonconforming product disposition, and leads cross-functional improvement projects for aerospace and defense manufacturing programs.
