Develop, test, implement, and support custom business applications and ERP enhancements using Microsoft Power Platform and .NET technologies. Build Power BI reports and dashboards, integrate Epicor ERP, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to automate and improve manufacturing processes.

Improve and validate manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense programs. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma and statistical analysis, create routings and work instructions, support production and quality on nonconforming product, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Define and maintain in-process and final product quality requirements; create inspection, testing, and sampling plans; lead nonconforming material disposition, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; support NADCAP/FAA/customer audits; manage APQP/PPAP and MSA; ensure calibration and inspection equipment integrity; train staff and collaborate cross-functionally on quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
