Develop and support custom business applications, Epicor ERP enhancements, integrations, reporting solutions, Power Platform applications, and automation tools for manufacturing operations. Build Power BI dashboards and data models, gather requirements, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, provide user support, document systems, collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors, and recommend process improvements through technology.

Coordinates production planning for assigned part classes, maintaining ERP records, reviewing material requirements, releasing jobs, validating routings, scheduling production, tracking outside processes, and reporting job status. The role supports cost, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery objectives while coordinating with purchasing, production, engineering, quality, and external processors. It may also support audits and documentation related to aerospace and defense manufacturing requirements.

Develops and maintains quality standards for precision-manufactured products and processes. Creates inspection, testing, and sampling plans; leads nonconformance reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Supports audits, customer deviations, APQP and PPAP requirements, calibration, measurement system analysis, and advanced metrology including CMM. Trains employees on quality systems and inspection methods while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers.
