Lead paid acquisition and growth for a new fashion DTC brand entering the US: plan, launch, and optimize Meta and Google campaigns (50k+/month), scale internationally, test channels like TikTok Shop and creator/UGC partnerships, track CAC/ROAS/LTV, collaborate with creative and support, oversee Shopify operations and CRO, and build AI-driven workflows for automation and reporting.

Edit and assemble short-form videos and audio for Meta ads focused on lead generation. Add captions/subtitles, optimize for TikTok and Instagram, work quickly without sacrificing quality, and leverage AI tools to scale creative output. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams and contribute to social-media-driven campaigns.
