Build and support internal dashboards, web applications, APIs, integrations, and data workflows. Develop front-end and back-end features, design relational databases, troubleshoot failures, write tests, deploy safely, monitor production systems, and document recovery procedures. Use AI coding assistants responsibly, review generated code, protect sensitive information, and support operational users. The role requires full ownership from incomplete requirements through implementation, release, maintenance, and verified handoff while working onsite in Winter Park five days per week.

Own the strategy, execution, health, and growth of multiple client social media portfolios across Instagram, X, TikTok, and Snapchat. Coordinate operators, assign posting plans, publish content, monitor performance, manage access and account recovery, create AI-generated media with Higgsfield, communicate with clients, and maintain reliable coverage and documentation. The role is hands-on, in-person, hourly, and may require occasional weekend emergency support.

Edit raw creator footage into polished short-form videos with stronger hooks, pacing, sound, color, captions, graphics, and platform-specific treatments. Develop original content concepts and finished assets, build reusable editing systems and templates, collaborate in person with the content team, respond to feedback quickly, and protect confidential creator and client materials. Success is measured through improved content quality, production volume, performance, revision speed, and quality control.

Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows, automations, integrations, internal tools, reports, and dashboards. Investigate failures, improve data reliability, monitor systems, document processes, support access and recovery, and train team members. The role requires hands-on ownership from problem definition through implementation and ongoing support, with careful attention to accuracy, privacy, security, and operational reliability.

Provides high-trust executive and personal support to the founder, managing calendars, meetings, travel, errands, vendors, office logistics, communications, and follow-ups. The assistant protects the founder’s time, verifies outcomes, handles confidential information appropriately, coordinates business and personal matters, and uses AI tools while independently checking accuracy. This is an in-person role in Winter Park, Florida, five days per week, with occasional after-hours requests and limited business travel.
