Leads Social Media Account Managers and oversees portfolio allocation, workload coverage, delivery quality, account health, performance management, SOPs, escalation processes, partner relationships, and staffing recommendations. The role ensures reliable social operations across client portfolios, manages cross-functional coordination, verifies dashboard data, maintains secure account practices, and improves team performance through coaching, standards, and operating systems. This is a fully in-person leadership role in Winter Park, Florida.

Build and support internal dashboards, web applications, APIs, integrations, and data workflows. Develop front-end and back-end features, design relational databases, troubleshoot failures, write tests, deploy safely, monitor production systems, and document recovery procedures. Use AI coding assistants responsibly, review generated code, protect sensitive information, and support operational users. The role requires full ownership from incomplete requirements through implementation, release, maintenance, and verified handoff while working onsite in Winter Park five days per week.

Own the strategy, execution, health, and growth of multiple client social media portfolios across Instagram, X, TikTok, and Snapchat. Coordinate operators, assign posting plans, publish content, monitor performance, manage access and account recovery, create AI-generated media with Higgsfield, communicate with clients, and maintain reliable coverage and documentation. The role is hands-on, in-person, hourly, and may require occasional weekend emergency support.
