Leads and develops Account Executives while managing high-value client accounts. Owns client retention, renewals, growth, service quality, escalations, SLA compliance, reporting, launches, and issue resolution. Coordinates with operations, IT, professional services, quality assurance, and HR. Coaches employees, manages performance, supports hiring and onboarding, identifies upsell opportunities, and maintains client and departmental processes. The role is remote but requires occasional evening, weekend, and rotating on-call availability.
