Processes accounts payable and receivable, invoices customers, handles vendor payments, reviews aging reports, communicates about outstanding items, and performs basic accounting functions.

Supervises local inspection operations across South Texas, including assignment tracking, staff dispatch, field-report review, audits, client updates, sample management, safety and training logs, and equipment maintenance and calibration records. Coordinates with field personnel, facility operations, loss-control teams, client sites, and the Pasadena office to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery.

Provides front-desk reception, general office support, and assistance to Accounting, HR, and Compliance. Maintains a safe, clean office environment; coordinates executive travel, gifts, event tickets, company functions, and special projects. Requires professionalism, organization, teamwork, customer focus, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Develop and support .NET applications using Microsoft technologies, including WinForms, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, React, and Entity Framework. Responsibilities include web and desktop development, responsive UI creation, debugging, software engineering, source control, production deployment, and application support. The role involves working directly with users and requires strong communication, independent problem-solving, teamwork, and onsite attendance in Houston at least four days per week.
