Manage projects using stage-gate and agile approaches, support product development, documentation control, IP management, customer technical support, supplier de-risking, and collaborate with sales/marketing on product roadmaps. Occasional travel (10-15%).

Provides pre-sales demonstrations, evaluations, benchmarks, and test application development for electronic testing equipment. Delivers post-sales phone support, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and customer training. Develops circuit board test projects, supports product enhancements, collaborates with engineering and software teams, writes technical documentation, and travels extensively, including more than 50% travel.
