Maintains customer quality plans, inspects materials and products against specifications, manages testing and calibration records, investigates nonconformities, supports production and customers, records defects, maintains Excel databases, improves processes, and hosts ISO 9001 audits. The role also processes orders, pulls and packages inventory, coordinates with suppliers, and supports quality and supply chain activities.

Develop and manage customer accounts through face-to-face selling, prospecting, presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to achieve sales and margin targets. Build supplier relationships, mentor sales team, provide quotes, and travel frequently to client sites.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts via phone and email: process and upsell orders, prepare and follow up on quotes, manage backorders and delivery expectations, collaborate with outside sales, report trends, and drive continuous process improvements.
