Role is based in San Francisco, in-person; the right candidate will often shape their role.

Lead go-to-market efforts selling Accordance's AI platform to large accounting firms, professional services, and corporate finance/tax teams. Own full sales cycle, build senior relationships, meet revenue targets, expand markets and partnerships, and relay client feedback to Product and Research while executing hands-on GTM tasks.

Work with finance/accounting clients to map high-value workflows into AI systems, apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning, build benchmarks, integrate client feedback, and solve large-scale model and retrieval challenges.

Lead and deliver frontend engineering projects: build scalable progressive web apps, maintain the design system, collaborate with designers, researchers, and product teams, ensure UI excellence and high-quality frontend code across products.

Build and ship AI-native workflows for finance and tax, working with Finance & Accounting Research and Product teams. Develop large-scale data processing pipelines, prototype solutions, evaluate systems with analytics, and iterate from customer feedback to improve stability and product outcomes.

Design and implement polished, user-focused interfaces for an AI-native product. Translate visual design into production-quality frontend code, prototype quickly, test with users, and iterate closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Lead Accordanceprivacy function: update DPAs and Privacy Policy, negotiate privacy and commercial terms, advise product and engineering on EU launch, conduct vendor impact assessments, deliver privacy training, and support incident investigations.

Build and ship AI-native workflows and prototypes for finance/accounting use cases, process large unstructured datasets, iterate with customer feedback, and design analytics-driven evaluation systems to improve product stability and value.
