The role requires building repeatable sales operations and improving win rates, deal velocity, and forecast reliability.

Establishes consistent sales processes, coaches leaders and representatives, manages strategic opportunities, and improves win rates and deal velocity. Partners with Commercial, Marketing, and Contracts teams on pricing, compensation, messaging, and deal execution. Represents the company at industry events and builds repeatable growth across new and existing markets.

Design and deliver front-end and full-stack features for an agentic AI interface. Work on streaming, context window management, tool orchestration, sandboxed execution, AI model integrations, data pipelines, and visualisations. Provide technical direction, mentor engineers, liaise with product and customers, and maintain integrations, datasets, and benchmarks underpinning the data platform.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will maintain software, document features, assist in upgrades, and collaborate with teams to enhance the accesso Horizon platform.
