Provides part-time administrative and office support, including preparing the workplace, managing supplies, running local errands, welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with general projects. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, professionalism, teamwork, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Provides Level I and II helpdesk support, maintains and deploys Windows and macOS hardware, configures software, phones, user accounts, file access, and mobile devices. Supports Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, and SharePoint applications, troubleshoots technical issues, escalates advanced problems, assists with IT projects, and manages inventory and knowledge-base documentation.

Creates accurate 2D drawings, floor plans, setup and assembly documentation, and engineered 3D models for exhibit fabrication and installation. Reviews designs and engineering documents for constructability, coordinates technical requirements with stakeholders, generates BeMatrix pack lists, and provides technical support across departments. Requires advanced Autodesk Inventor proficiency, AutoCAD knowledge, solid modeling expertise, and understanding of construction methods, materials, and exhibit production practices.
