Creates accurate 2D drawings, floor plans, setup and assembly documentation, and engineered 3D models for exhibit fabrication and installation. Reviews designs and engineering documents for constructability, coordinates technical requirements with stakeholders, generates BeMatrix pack lists, and provides technical support across departments. Requires advanced Autodesk Inventor proficiency, AutoCAD knowledge, solid modeling expertise, and understanding of construction methods, materials, and exhibit production practices.

Supports the Client Services team by coordinating project timelines, budgets, resources, client communications, event research, procurement requests, and administrative approvals. The role helps manage up to 300 projects annually, reconciles budgets up to approximately $10,000, supports account revenue goals, and contributes to client solution development, project quality, and new business efforts within existing accounts.
