Teams at Access TCA

Manage inventory, inspect, repair, label, ship and receive graphics and exhibit cases. Maintain accurate records in Access Track, coordinate with account managers and Amgen team, prepare damage reports, ensure quality control, follow timelines, and uphold safety standards.

Manage production phase of exhibit and trade-show projects as single point-of-contact; coordinate clients, design, and production teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals; lead launch and pre-show planning, review construction drawings, oversee QA, post-show inspections, cost efficiencies, and scheduling.

Design and produce 3D exhibit concepts that meet client goals and budgets. Collaborate with clients, production, and estimating to create renderings, CAD/control drawings, material specs, presentations, and attend production launches while managing multiple projects and timelines.
