Manages full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding coordination, and candidate communication. Partners with hiring managers, builds talent pipelines, maintains applicant records, monitors recruitment metrics, supports equitable hiring practices, and delivers recruiting-related training. The role also supports volunteer, internship, fellowship, onboarding, credentialing, and organizational events.

Coordinates administrative functions for an assigned division, including scheduling, meetings, travel, events, records, reports, supplies, communications, and office operations. Supports project management, data collection, research, client inquiries, employee onboarding, facilities coordination, and confidential personnel activities. May supervise or lead administrative staff, coordinate transportation and vendors, and represent the division on committees.

Develops, implements, and improves industry-aligned curriculum and training programs, delivers instruction and workshops, manages LMS, coaches participants and staff, assesses outcomes, coordinates resources and partnerships, and oversees related projects to support career readiness and placement.

Lead social media strategy and execution across platforms: create and manage campaigns, content, and creative assets; monitor and engage audiences; produce metrics reports; research and implement new tools; collaborate with leadership and Communications to support branding for events, exhibitions, and organizational goals.

Develop, implement, and optimize online fundraising campaigns using email, social media, crowdfunding, and donation platforms. Monitor and analyze performance, create compelling digital content, manage donor communications and acknowledgments, coordinate with communications and development teams, improve donor experience, and ensure compliance with fundraising and data privacy regulations.

Manage fundraising activities including annual giving, appeals, gift processing, donor stewardship, sponsorships, and event ticketing. Maintain and reconcile donor database records, execute direct mail and online appeals, support marketing/PR for fundraising, and track financial contributions. Train users on database, ensure data accuracy, and support donor-related reporting.

Develops, leads, and evaluates public programs, events, and cultural outreach promoting Arab American history and arts. Manages program strategy, budgets, partnerships, artist contracting, logistics, metrics, and staff supervision while supporting marketing, fundraising, and community engagement.

Develop and manage internal communications and media relations to align messaging with brand strategy. Collaborate with leaders and departments to craft announcements, press materials, and pitches; monitor coverage; support campaigns; build relationships with media and community partners; coach communications staff and assess communication effectiveness.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for a department: develop integrated plans, manage campaigns and events, oversee creative and vendor relationships, track KPIs, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with program leads and internal communications.
