Manage full-cycle recruiting and hiring, build talent pipelines, run applicant tracking and background checks, support volunteer/intern/fellow programs, develop staffing systems and metrics, ensure employment law compliance, and assist onboarding and HR initiatives.

Provide day-to-day administration of HR programs including recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, performance management, leave management, HRIS administration, compliance with employment laws, investigations, onboarding, and reporting. Support policy development, staff training, and HR initiatives such as diversity, recognition, and wellness. Collaborate with management, maintain records, and analyze HR data to recommend improvements.

Lead community outreach and partnership-building in Metro Detroit to increase access and visibility for the organization. Coordinate visits, focus groups, surveys, volunteer programs, translations, and communications. Manage projects from development through implementation, maintain partnership databases, and work with HR and stakeholders to engage community audiences and volunteers.
