Develop employer relationships and recruit job sites; match program participants to placements; coach participants on applications, resumes, and interviews; organize job fairs; provide translation and cultural awareness support; assist with employer screening and conflict resolution; maintain employer documentation and operate standard office software. Provide local transportation and other participant supports as needed.

Lead community outreach and partnership-building in Metro Detroit to increase access and visibility for the organization. Coordinate visits, focus groups, surveys, volunteer programs, translations, and communications. Manage projects from development through implementation, maintain partnership databases, and work with HR and stakeholders to engage community audiences and volunteers.

Lead and run after-school 21st Century CLC program site(s): design and implement enrichment activities, supervise and coach staff, manage records and reporting, collaborate with school faculty, collect and analyze student data, and serve as liaison between day and after-school programs.
