Manages full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding coordination, and candidate communication. Partners with hiring managers, builds talent pipelines, maintains applicant records, monitors recruitment metrics, supports equitable hiring practices, and delivers recruiting-related training. The role also supports volunteer, internship, fellowship, onboarding, credentialing, and organizational events.

Coordinates administrative functions for an assigned division, including scheduling, meetings, travel, events, records, reports, supplies, communications, and office operations. Supports project management, data collection, research, client inquiries, employee onboarding, facilities coordination, and confidential personnel activities. May supervise or lead administrative staff, coordinate transportation and vendors, and represent the division on committees.

Develops, implements, and improves industry-aligned curriculum and training programs, delivers instruction and workshops, manages LMS, coaches participants and staff, assesses outcomes, coordinates resources and partnerships, and oversees related projects to support career readiness and placement.
