Lead in-person and virtual guided tours for students and adults, using dialogue, storytelling, and role play to educate visitors about Arab American history and culture; attend briefings and intensive training, shadow staff, prepare assigned sections, and support museum programming.

Prepare monthly financial reports and P&L statements, compile and analyze financial data, maintain ledgers and reconciliations, manage budgets, payroll and invoices, ensure GAAP compliance, resolve discrepancies, maintain financial systems, and support external audits.

Develop and manage internal communications and media relations to align messaging with brand strategy. Collaborate with leaders and departments to craft announcements, press materials, and pitches; monitor coverage; support campaigns; build relationships with media and community partners; coach communications staff and assess communication effectiveness.
