The Consultant supports MSMEs by analyzing their operations and finances, assisting in business planning, and enhancing sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve performance and compliance.

The Business Plan Writer will assist Bahamian entrepreneurs in creating comprehensive, lender-ready business plans, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and conducting market research to support financial assumptions.

Support finance team and auditors with bookkeeping, recordkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, vendor payments, and preparation of budgets, financial statements and audit materials. Maintain ledgers, journals, and filing systems, resolve outstanding payments with clients and departments, ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, and use QuickBooks and internal systems to post entries.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial integrity and compliance, produce reports, support audits, oversee staff, improve systems, and manage public funds and grant-related financial processes.
