It also contributes to the Scrum Master community of practice and supports scaled Agile delivery in airline software environments.

Designs technical solutions and implementation approaches for airline software customers. Leads technical discovery, creates architecture and integration documentation, supports pre-sales through RFPs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, and develops AI-assisted prototypes. Collaborates with implementation and product teams, evaluates competitor solutions, and prepares delivery estimates and risk assessments. The role requires strong enterprise SaaS or airline technology knowledge and customer-facing technical communication skills.

Design and deliver scalable, well-tested software features and services. Lead technical analysis, estimations and peer code reviews. Collaborate on technical roadmaps, improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and use generative/assistive AI tools for development and design documentation.
