Lead regional employee relations and engagement by partnering with managers and people leaders to deploy growth initiatives, ensure compliance, manage employee lifecycle processes, run engagement and wellness programs, track workforce sentiment, and improve process efficiency and governance across multi-location teams.

Lead and manage direct and indirect tax (Income Tax, GST) and financial reporting across the company and group entities. Drive tax compliance, controls, reconciliations, audits, assessments, transfer pricing, and ICFR activities. Provide tax advisory for business initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders and external advisors, support audits, and improve accounting, reporting, and tax processes.

Design and deliver scalable, well-tested software features and services. Lead technical analysis, estimations and peer code reviews. Collaborate on technical roadmaps, improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and use generative/assistive AI tools for development and design documentation.
