Develop and lead full-stack software solutions using .NET Core, TypeScript, ReactJS, Next.js, and AWS serverless services. Design scalable architectures, integrate databases and cloud services, build automated testing and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain high coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement through modern development practices and AI-assisted tooling.

Own end-to-end management of critical P1/P2 incidents, coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, customers, and incident bridges through resolution. Lead impact assessment, escalation, communications, status-page updates, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, governance, operational reviews, and service improvement. Maintain audit-ready documentation and support 24x7 rotational on-call coverage while improving monitoring, reliability, automation, and operational resilience.

Support, configure, maintain, and enhance Accelya’s Workday platform across Recruiting or Talent & Performance, Core HCM, reporting, analytics, data governance, and system releases. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver improvements, maintain data quality, and support automation and AI-enabled HR technology initiatives.
